This is a light to medium roasted coffee from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. ‘La Pastora’ is a regional blend created by combining multiple small harvests from select farms in the area. The result is an ultra creamy, smooth coffee with strong notes of toasted marshmallow, almond and slightly peachy acidity.
If you love to celebrate the vibrant and distinct flavours and extra buzz that are found in lightly roasted coffee, our Ever After blend will not disappoint. Bright fruity notes and a mild acidity are complemented by gentle cinnamon spice and mild cocoa flavours. It’ll be love at first sip.
This medium roast blend leans a touch sweeter then our Jitterbug - think the perfect balance of milk chocolate and salted caramel, that’s where you’ll find Rebelution. This one is super versatile for all brew methods, but makes a especially rich espresso.
Hints of caramel flavours delight in this balanced South American medium roast. Jitterbug is Rebel Bean’s best selling coffee and we often describe this one as a crowd pleaser.
Like the name suggests, Easy Rider is a smooth, sweet, easy-to-drink espresso. Beans from Indonesia and South America are roasted and then blended making a unique combination of medium and dark roasted beans that together offer a chocolatey-infused cup with a beautiful rich crema. Easy Rider is perfect on its own or when combined with frothy steamed milk.
