This is a light to medium roasted coffee from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. ‘La Pastora’ is a regional blend created by combining multiple small harvests from select farms in the area. The result is an ultra creamy, smooth coffee with strong notes of toasted marshmallow, almond and slightly peachy acidity.
If you love to celebrate the vibrant and distinct flavours and extra buzz that are found in lightly roasted coffee, our Ever After blend will not disappoint. Bright fruity notes and a mild acidity are complemented by gentle cinnamon spice and mild cocoa flavours. It’ll be love at first sip.

To make our Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate, Rebel Bean’s ‘Rumble in Old Town’ dark roast coffee is combined with filtered water, patience, and love. By removing heat from the process, cold brew is much smoother and far less acidic than typically hot brewed coffee that is cooled to use in iced beverages.
Mix one part concentrate to 3 parts water, milk, or non-dairy alternative. Like it stronger? Mix it to taste. Also tastes great in a coffee cocktail or combine with hot water for a hot cup of coffee without taking the time to brew a pot.
