Grown at high elevation on the fertile volcanic slopes of Mount Kenya, these beans benefit from ideal climate and rich soils that develop exceptional complexity. The cherries are hand-picked by members of the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society and fully washed at the Kii Factory — a community-oriented mill dedicated to quality and sustainability.

This is a light to medium roasted coffee from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. ‘La Pastora’ is a regional blend created by combining multiple small harvests from select farms in the area. The result is an ultra creamy, smooth coffee with strong notes of toasted marshmallow, almond and slightly peachy acidity.
